Awareness Training

Video:
Senior leaders in an IT organization requested that we create a quick video that introduces development engineering teams to the importance of the User Centered Design process. The team that worked on this effort decided that this video needed to bring a small amount of levity, and still convey an important point: UCD Engineers following the UCD process understand users and their needs, and build the product to support those needs, rather than building the product for themselves.

Training:
The UX Group also heard from senior leaders in the Engineering department that we needed an awareness training in User-Centered Design for all product teams across the Engineering. We partnered with the Edutainment Group to craft a training curriculum. Engineers were required to complete all sessions, and notification was sent to their managers about the percent of their employees who had finished this training.
