Leaders are hired to deliver results. This at times requires they transform their organizations, so they can deliver superior results and strategic value.

  • Innovation track, where the team's goal is to work with forward-looking teams to identify ways to beat the competition and transform the market.

Regardless, leaders need to make sure they have an organizational model that enables them to succeed. They also need to have highly skilled contributors, communicate a clear vision, exercise professional practices, and make sure their team is highly motivated to succeed.
