Stakeholder QuestionsJim’s teams pursue Stakeholder interviews with all of the teams he works with, whether he is leading a UED team, a Business Intelligence team, or a Support organization. In stakeholder interviews, the goal is to learn what the business challenges are from the stakeholder's perspective. The goal is then to come back with a plan to solve these challenges, commit to it, and be held accountable for results. This section provides an example of the kinds of high-level questions that can be discussed during stakeholder interviews. Once a UED or analytics team understands a stakeholder’s business needs, they can then identify the data gathering method most suitable. Their data and insight then results in knowledge that informs strategic decision making. | |
